School is the path that prepares the next generation to take on this responsibility. Each family's program is designed individually, bringing together education, mentoring, hands-on experiences, and real projects so that learning becomes a lasting experience.

The next generation, ages 19 to 23, of families who in the coming years will take on the responsibility of stewarding capital, the business, or key family decisions.
Continuing the path
Every family begins on a different path at Genar. The point of entry is determined by the circumstances, needs, and vision of each family. Working with Genar is not limited to a single path; as mutual understanding takes shape and goals align, the path can continue into the other parts of Harmony, in step with what each family needs.
