Biography

Sima Rostamkhani, founder of Genar, brings more than eight years of strategic experience and specialises in turning ‘human and financial complexity’ into ‘lasting legacy.’ With an integrated approach blending financial knowledge, behavioural psychology, and artistic aesthetics, she offers a fresh, fully personalised path to preserving and transferring wealth across generations.

Her executive track record began in executive management and public relations at respected organisations and charitable associations. Holding an international business-coaching certification, she has directly helped more than 20 businesses in sensitive industries — textiles, hospitality, jewellery, NGOs and more — overcome growth barriers and stay resilient in volatile markets. As a professional jewellery designer, she holds the deep belief that ‘true wealth is permanence and identity.’

The foundation of her strategic thinking is years of research into human behaviour and intent analysis grounded in the study of poker — which she regards not as a game of chance, but as an analytical school for understanding human behaviour, managing uncertainty, and reading intent precisely. This helps her offer families the best strategic solutions in the most complex negotiations and inheritance transfers — with precision, free of emotion, and grounded in data.
