Biography
Some careers begin with the choice of a speciality; hers began with the pursuit of a question: what makes the things a person creates endure beyond them?
For years, that question shaped a career across fields that looked different but pointed the same way. From art and jewellery design to business development, every experience was a chance to understand how value is created, how it takes on meaning, and how it can outlast time. Working with families who saw jewellery not merely as an asset but as part of their identity and family legacy deepened her view of what legacy means. Later, working in business development and studying human behaviour and decision-making revealed another dimension of the same question: that the endurance of anything a person builds depends, above all, on the quality of the decisions made about it.
On the surface, these experiences had little to do with one another; yet they all arrived at a shared truth: no asset, business, or legacy endures without someone capable of stewarding it.
That conviction is what led to Genar — an attempt to answer how a family can pass on not only its wealth, but the ability to steward, preserve, and renew it across generations.
The belief they represent at Genar
A family’s future is not built from what is passed to the next generation; it is built by the person who takes responsibility for stewarding it.
